Responsible Minerals Sourcing Policy

We are committed to contributing to the cessation of violence and human rights violations in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and neighboring regions. These reprehensible actions are partially fueled by the trade in “conflict minerals,” which encompass substances like cassiterite, columbite-tantalite (coltan), gold, wolframite, tin, tantalum, and tungsten, along with their derivatives. In alignment with this objective and in strict adherence to the conflict minerals disclosure stipulations set forth by the US Securities and Exchange Commission, we are taking the following measures:

Strengthening our due diligence capabilities and refining our processes to meticulously identify the origins of minerals used in our company’s products.

Demonstrating our commitment to enhancing our proficiency in the tracking and tracing of conflict minerals within our supply chain, aiming for continuous improvement over time.

Our mineral sourcing practices generally do not involve direct engagement with mines, smelters, or refiners. Rather, we operate at a considerable remove from these initial market activities. Consequently, we rely on the active collaboration of our suppliers to implement enhancements in our supply chain procedures and to fulfill our obligations for SEC disclosures.

We are actively engaging targeted suppliers, requesting pertinent information regarding the potential utilization and provenance of conflict minerals in the products they supply to us.

Where relevant, we encourage our suppliers to establish their own comprehensive policies and protocols concerning conflict minerals. We also request that they make these policies available to us upon request.
