Social responsibility policy

• We support fundamental human rights for all people.
• Our commitment is based on the principles and philosophy of the United Nations Global Compact, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child. It also includes all the applicable conventions and recommendations of the International Labour Organisation (ILO).
• We prohibit any form of forced labor, including slave, prison, bonded or indentured, trafficked or underage child labor
• We request all our suppliers to be socially audited by one of the following companies Avon, Sedex/SMETA, Disney, BSCI, Coca Cola, EICC, FLA that follow the International Standard and ILO conventions
• We monitor the validity of the social audits of all our suppliers. All our suppliers should have valid social audits before placing any orders.
• We request that all our suppliers are a member of Sedex.
• We monitor and follow strictly the improvements of our suppliers in regards with their social audit results

• We committed to conserve natural resources by adopting pollution prevention practices
• We committed to ensure the responsible use of energy throughout our business
• We committed to develop and improve operations and technologies to minimize

waste and other pollution, and dispose of waste safely and responsibly

We require that all our suppliers meet all environmental laws and regulations of the countries in which they operate. We will encourage them to adopt effective environmental management practices.

Compliance with environmental requirements is verified during the social audits conducted in the factories.

In our daily operations, we are adopting best practices to minimize our impact on environment with actions like switching off the light when living the office, sorting our waste, using glasses instead of plastic cup, filtering water instead of using plastic bottle water..
